A skillfull and always dangerous pod racer pilot, Sebulba is the local favorite among those who loves to bet on pod racing. Sebulba is a dug, getting angry easily with anyone who crosses him. However, when he tried to take on a clumsy gungan, who disturbed his meal, a young boy named Anakin Skywalker stepped in, warning Sebulba about the consequences of his actions. As a slave property of Watto, Sebulba knew he couldnt take on the little boy, at least for the moment. Later, Sebulba and Anakin would cross paths again, when the both were faced on a pod racing event on Boonta Eve, being the favorite of the crowd Sebulba tried every dirty trick on the book against the other racers but specially on the young kid. However, closer to the finish lines, both Skywalker's and the dug's pods were side by side, grappling each other. With a quick turn, Skywalker disengaged from Sebulba's pod which was tied by cables to his. Then the dug's pod, was broken into pieces, and the cockpit flew into the sand, just to watch young Skywalker crossing the finish line.
