Two fiendish characters, the Neimoidians Nute Gunray and Rune Haako, are responsible for launching and operating the Trade Federation's blockade and invasion of Naboo. Nute Gunray, a sinister Viceroy appears to be in command, Rune Haako, appears to be the right hand of Gunray. Haako's cowardly is expressed when the two jedi arrived to their battle station. However, the real mastermind of the whole invasion and blockade is the sinister Sith Lord, Darth Sidious. He orchestates the conquest of Naboo remotely and is seen only as a hologram via the Trade Federation communications system, viciously giving orders to the two neimoidians. The Trade Federation is a powerful organization with a vast array of vehicles, ships and weapon. Their army is a legion of obedient battle droids remotely controlled via an orbital space station. However, the young queen Amidala of Naboo is not going to give up easily. With the help of her fellow soldiers, led by Captain Panaka, two jedi knights, a young boy named Anakin and the Gungans led by Boss Nass, Captain Tarpals and Jar Jar Binks, the Trade Federation was defeated and the two neimoidains taked to the Senate for trial. But the question remained, who was the real mastermind of the whole operation?
